What the Candidate Will Need / Bonus Points

---- What the Candidate Will Do ----

  1. The Catalog Ops Manager will own end-to-end responsibility on assortment, item availability, content quality.
  2. Act as owner of merchant catalog onboarding and technical integration, being responsible for process follow-up and catalog quality, supervise the project with internal stakeholders (account managers, technical teams).
  3. Supervise KPIs, run analysis to understand current state of problems, detect root causes and drive action plans.
  4. Attend/lead meetings and coordinate with project stakeholders, including external partners.
  5. Lead, manage and execute projects related to catalog within cross functional teams, e.g.
  6. Create end-to-end processes for KPI improvement
  7. Implement process improvements, scale and automate
  8. Ad-hoc projects on specific merchants in collaboration with internal/external stakeholders, both commercial and technical
  9. Track and document results

---- Basic Qualifications ----

  1. Fluent in French and English
  2. BA/BS degree or equivalent practical experience
  3. Business experience driving scaled operations and project/program management is a plus
  4. Intermediate SQL skills

---- Preferred Qualifications ----

  1. Prior experience working at an e-commerce or technology company
  2. Problem solving mindset; ability to identify problems, determine the correct analysis to assess them and come up with solutions
  3. Stakeholders management; involve everyone needed to implement action plans. Teamwork is key.
  4. Project management and organizational skills; be able to divide projects into small chronological tasks making sure to follow up, understanding the context and impact of a project and be able to set priorities
  5. Good business acumen and analytical logic; be able to foresee the impact of projects in different areas of the company
  6. Multitasking; leading more than one project at the same time
  7. Comfort with ambiguity, evolving priorities, and an ability to operate autonomously
