- Welcome to Heathrow Airport. Follow these directions to the Uber pickup area on Level 1 of the Terminal Car Park.
1. Go into Terminal 5
After exiting from baggage claim and into the Terminal 5 building, direct yourself to any exit door.
2. Exit Terminal 5
Continue to 2 lifts.
3. Take the lift to Floor 1
Both lifts lead to Floor 1.
4. Exit Lift
Upon exiting the lift on Floor 1, turn left and head to Car Park Terminal 5.
5. Enter Car Park Terminal 5
With concrete supporting posts on your right, follow the pedestrian walkway to Row R.
6. You've arrived at the pickup area
Drivers will pull into a parking space in front of you.
