Directions to pickup at LHR Airport Terminal 2
For the most accurate directions to your driver, be sure to check the app after requesting a ride.
- Your pickup area is on Level 1, Zone 1 & 2 of Terminal Parking. Follow the directions below, or follow signs to the App & Private Hire Pickup Area.
1. Go into Terminal 2
After exiting from baggage claim and into the Terminal 2 building, direct yourself to the exit doors.
2. Find exit doors
The exit doors are located at both ends of the Terminal 2 building.
3. Exit Terminal 2
Exit the Terminal 2 building.
4. Go across the Pedestrian Bridge
Pass between the lifts into the car park.
5. Go into the car park
Head straight towards Zone 1 & 2, past the lifts.
6. The pickup area is on your left
Drivers will meet you in the App & Private Hire Pickup Area in Zone 1 & 2.
