Uber pickup information at Terminal 2
Directions to pickup at GRU Airport Terminal 2
For the most accurate directions to your driver, be sure to check the app after requesting a ride.
- The driver-partner will meet you near the Uber totem on the second curb in the external area. Just exit the terminal, cross the lane and turn left.
Exit through the east arrivals gate
Exit through the east arrivals gate of terminal 2, right after the baggage claim area and go right towards the Uber panel.
Find the Uber panel
Locate the Uber panel near the exit of the arrivals gate, pass the panel and continue straight towards the terminal exit.
Exit the terminal
Once you find the terminal exit, go to the external area.
Cross the street
Once outside, cross the street to the second curb and turn right.
Go straight on the curb
Once you are at the second curb, continue straight until you find the Uber boarding totem.
Wait at the Uber totem
Wait for the driver in front of the Uber boarding totem. To make things easier, inform the driver via message in the app that you are in front of the Uber totem in Terminal 2 East.
Exit through the west arrivals gate
Exit through the west arrivals gate of Terminal 2, just after the baggage claim area and go right towards the Uber panel.
Find the Uber panel
Locate the Uber panel near the exit of the arrivals gate, go through the panel and go straight towards the terminal exit.
Exit the terminal
Once you find the terminal exit, go to the external area.
Uber dropoff information at Terminal 2
You’ll be dropped off curbside at the terminal. Make sure you arrive at the correct terminal by checking your flight itinerary or selecting an airline when requesting your ride. You can also view a list of airlines at GRU Airport below. Note that some airlines may operate at multiple terminals.
