Uber pickup information at Terminal 1
Directions to pickup at GRU Airport Terminal 1
For the most accurate directions to your driver, be sure to check the app after requesting a ride.
- The driver will meet you near the Uber totem on the second curb in the external area, just leave the terminal, cross the lane, and turn left.
Exit through the arrivals gate
Exit through the arrivals gate of terminal 1, just after the baggage claim area.
Exit the terminal
Go towards the nearest door and exit the terminal to the external area.
Cross the street
Leaving the terminal, cross the street at the crosswalk to the second curb and turn left.
Wait at the Uber totem
Go straight until you find the Uber boarding totem. Wait for the driver near the totem. To make things easier, inform the driver via message in the app that you are in front of the Uber totem in terminal 1.
Uber dropoff information at Terminal 1
You’ll be dropped off curbside at the terminal. Make sure you arrive at the correct terminal by checking your flight itinerary or selecting an airline when requesting your ride. You can also view a list of airlines at GRU Airport below. Note that some airlines may operate at multiple terminals.
