  • Uber One is a subscription option which gives you access to benefits such as savings on Uber and Uber Eats.

    There are monthly memberships available for $9.99 and annual memberships at $96. Uber One also has partnerships with third parties that offer a discounted membership to eligible users.

    Uber One members receive a $0 Delivery Fee plus up to 10% off eligible orders on restaurants and stores marked with the Uber One icon.

    Eligible stores will have a gold Uber One icon underneath their names. $15 minimum order to receive $0 Delivery Fee and Up to 10% off from participating non-grocery stores, and $35 minimum on participating grocery stores for $0 Delivery Fee and 5% off.

    They’ll also get member pricing on eligible rides. Look for the Uber One icon to see where your benefits apply.

    Taxes and fees, if applicable, do not apply to order minimums. Membership savings are applied as a reduction to service fees. Other fees and exclusions may apply.

  • You can cancel your membership in the app up to 48 hours before your next scheduled payment to avoid further charges.

    To cancel your membership in the Uber app:

    Tap the profile icon.

    Tap “Uber One.”

    Scroll and tap “Manage Membership.”

    Select “End Membership” and then “End Membership” again to cancel your membership.

    If you are less than 48 hours before your next renewal, please contact support.

    If you’re on a free trial of Uber One and cancel your membership, then your membership benefits will end upon cancellation. For all other memberships, you’ll have access to your membership benefits until the end of the current billing period.

  • You can purchase an Uber One membership directly in the app.

    In the Uber Eats app:

    Tap “Account” in the lower-right corner.

    Tap “Uber One” and follow the prompts to enroll.

    Subscriptions renew automatically. The subscription fee is non-refundable once charged to you, however, you can cancel and manage your membership at any time in the app.

    Note: You must have the latest version of the app to purchase.

  • Uber One subscribers receive: £0 Delivery Fee on eligible restaurant orders over £15 £0 Delivery Fee on eligible grocery orders over £25 Service Fee discounts of up to 60% on qualifying orders Earm 5% of the fare of economy reserve trips and 10% of the fare in premium reserve trips in Uber One credits credited to your Uber account after each ride. Uber One credits can be used in the Uber Eats and Rides app. Eligible merchants will have a gold Uber One icon underneath their name. Taxes and fees, if applicable, do not apply to order minimums.   • Your payment method can be changed at any time from the Uber One page in the Uber or Uber Eats by navigating to Uber One under “Account.” Click “Manage membership” to make changes to your payment method.

    Any Uber Cash can be used towards this recurring membership subscription. To do so, click Uber One on the Account page of the Uber or Uber Eats app, then “manage membership.” On that page, you can update payment details to have your Uber Cash turned on.

  • All members will receive member benefits on rides with the Uber One icon.

    You will earn 5% of eligible Uber Rides trips and 10% of Uber Exec and Lux trips in Uber One credits. Uber One credits are rounded up to the nearest decimal. Uber One credits will be applied to your account within 60 days upon the completion of your trip. Uber credits will expire in 60 days from the date of issue, or upon the end of your Uber One membership. Uber One credits will be issued in GBP and cannot be used in countries with different currencies. Uber One credits cannot be sold, transferred, exchanged or converted to cash. Uber One credits will be automatically applied to eligible trips as a discount, and eligible orders as a promotion. This offer is non-transferable and subject to change or withdrawal without notice at any time.
