Available at selected restaurants and shops marked with the Uber One icon, when you meet the minimum order amount. The minimum spend (excluding fees and promotions) may vary, but you’ll always see the amount clearly before checkout. Certain benefits do not apply to orders with tobacco items.

Extra savings

Some discounts and promotions require a minimum order amount. You’ll see any eligible savings at checkout, and they may vary based on your basket or order type. We may also personalise your offers based on your membership and order history, in line with our Privacy Notice.

Additional fees

You may see additional fees on some orders, such as during busy times or when the restaurant or shop is farther away. Any fees will always be shown clearly before you place your order.

Credits on trips

You will earn 10% Uber One credits on Uber Exec and Lux trips and 5% on all other trips, rounded to the nearest decimal. Uber One credits will expire 60 days from the date of issue, or upon the end of your membership. Uber One credits will be issued in GBP and cannot be used in countries with different currencies or sold, transferred, exchanged or converted to cash. Uber One credits will be automatically applied to trips as a discount, and orders as a promotion.

Uber One is a subscription that auto-renews. Your payment method will be charged at the rate and frequency you select at sign-up and upon the end of any applicable free trial or promotional period. You have the right to cancel during the ""cooling-off period"". Please check the terms for more details.

*Trains offer valid for users who have an Uber account, and book their train or coach ticket on Uber Travel (including trains, coaches and Eurostar, but excluding flights), on or before 31 May 2025. Users with an active Uber One membership at the time of purchase and travel will receive 10% of your booking value (not valid on amendment fee charged by transportation service provider, and booking fee, if applicable) back in Uber One credits. Users who do not have an Uber One membership will still receive 5% off your booking value (not valid on amendment fee charged by transportation service provider, and booking fee, if applicable) back in Uber credits. Uber credits are rounded up to the nearest decimal. Uber credits will be applied to your account within 60 days following your completion of the last leg of the journey in your booking. Uber credits will expire in 60 days from the date of issue. Uber credits will be issued in GBP and cannot be used in countries with different currencies. Uber credits cannot be sold, transferred, exchanged or converted to cash. This offer is non-transferable and subject to change or withdrawal without notice at any time.
