Q: I’ve won, but I haven’t received my prize yet. Whom do I contact about this?

A: All winners should have been contacted by CSM through phone and email. For any questions regarding your prize, please contact CSM using the email account with which you’ve submitted your prize paperwork.
Q: How can I redeem my prize?

A: CSM will provide details on the redemption of your prize. All travel arrangements will be made through Apple Leisure Group; travel must be completed by November 1, 2020.
Q: Will this appear on my 1099 tax form?

A: Prize and cash payments are considered taxable income and will be reported on a Form 1099-MISC. For all questions regarding 1099s, please contact CSM directly; they’ll be able to provide paperwork required for your prize.
