You stand a chance to drive away with a brand new motorbike.
- Uber is giving away one Bajaj Boxer Motorbike for this Competition Period to the top driver partner in Kampala (the “Competition”).
- The Competition will start on 12:01 AM Thursday, 26th April, 2018 to 11:59 PM Wednesday, 2nd May, 2018 (the “Competition Period”) and is open to all uberBODA driver partners who meet the criteria below (the “Participants”). The time zone is East Africa Time.
- Employees of Uber, Bajaj Uganda Limited, Verma Uganda, PKF Uganda, their affiliated companies, advertising agencies, gift suppliers or other representatives, or members of the respective immediate families of such employees and anyone with whom such employees are domiciled are ineligible to participate in the Competition.
- To participate:
- You must complete at least 40 hours online for uberBODA within the approved geofence in the Competition Period; and
- Only trips completed in Kampala on UberBODA shall be considered for the Competition;
- Participants flagged for fraud or deactivated during the Competition Period will not be eligible to participate in the Competition;
- Participants flagged for dangerous or tired driving during the Competition Period will not be eligible to participate in the Competition. Driving when tired is highly discouraged.
- Winners of past competitions shall not be eligible
- There shall only be one (1) winner in this Competition.
- The winner shall be the top Participant who:
- meets the criteria set above;
- has the highest trip completion rate during the Competition Period.
- In case of a tie situation, Participant who has accepted the most trips during the Competition Period will be the winner
- The winner shall receive a fully paid Bajaj Boxer Motorbike (the “Prize”). Any other additional costs that may arise as a result of the win shall be taken up by the winner, not Uber.
- Uber shall contact the winner after 4th May, 2018.
- If the winner is not able to collect their Prize from Uber or its authorized agency within thirty (30) days of being notified, the reward shall be deemed forfeited.
- The winner will have to provide Uber with proof of delivery including but not limited to the acknowledgement of receipt of the reward and a copy of the log book for the car.
- Uber shall have the sole right, at its own discretion, to change the terms of the Competition by extending or shortening the Competition Period, alter any of the terms and conditions or otherwise stop or cancel the Competition without any requirement for advance notice to the Participants.
- This Competition will not be valid in combination with any other offer from Uber.
