Ace is back, helping you to achieve more consistent earnings

You complete 120 trips this week and earn RM1,000 in gross fares (RM750 in net fares after service fee) and RM200 in Boost/Quest incentives. You are in the Gold tier for the week and we will top up RM150 so that you earn RM750 + RM200 + RM150 = RM1,100 net. You are given the RM150 top-up since this is less than 30% of your weekly net earnings of RM950.

The following week, you complete 100 trips and earn RM1,000 in gross fares (RM750 in net fares after service fee) and RM100 in Boost/Quest incentives. You are in the Silver tier for the week. Since your net earnings of RM750 + RM100 = RM850 are higher than RM720, there will be no top-up.

In the third week, you complete 145 trips and earn RM1,200 in gross fares (RM900 in net fares after service fee) and RM200 in Boost/Quest incentives. You are in the Platinum tier for the week. Although your net earnings of RM1,100 (RM900 + RM200) is RM440 lower than your Ace tier’s net earning of RM1,540, we will limit your top-up to RM330, which is 30% of your weekly net earnings of RM1,100. This will give you a total of RM1,430 (RM1,100 + RM330) in take-home earnings.

If you would like to receive the full top-up, simply increase your weekly net earnings by completing more trips. For example, if you complete your 146th trip during the same week and earn an additional RM20 in net earnings from the trip, we will increase your Ace top-up to RM1,120 x 30% = RM336. 

This programme is currently in its second trial phase and is open to a selected group of driver-partners from Klang Valley and Seremban for now. If you are selected, you are automatically enrolled into this programme and will receive an SMS, email, or in-app notification from us.

This second trial period will last for 6 weeks starting from Monday, 8 January 2018.

All completed trips on uberFLASH, uberX, uberXL, and UberBLACK are included. Weekly earnings are calculated from Monday 4am to Monday 4am of the following week.

As Ace is still in its trial phase, we may make changes to improve the programme for the better experience of everyone. We will notify you of any changes via SMS, email, or in-app notification.
