Kolkata Airport:

The Kolkata Airport Management has allotted designated pickup points for commercial vehicles picking up passengers from inside the premises. This allows for greater convenience and less walking distance for you after a long flight.

However, as per the guidelines set by the Kolkata Airport Management, any commercial vehicle that moves out of the Kolkata airport with a passenger, has to pay a mandatory surcharge of ₹100.  

Hence, in order to ensure constant availability of vehicles for you, we charge a convenience fee of ₹100, which gets updated in our fare systems automatically on any ride requested successfully from the airport. This means that you do not have to pay any additional cash to the driver, apart from the final fare displayed at the end of the trip.

Howrah Railway Station :

The Howrah Railway Station Authority also has designated pick up and drop points close to the railway platform for greater convenience of the passengers and to ensure smooth traffic flow in the station premises. Accordingly, they have a mandatory surcharge for any commercial vehicle entering the railway station premises. Thus, this surcharge would be applicable to both – rides requested from the station as well as drop offs to the station.

This surcharge would be added to the fare. In case it does not get added to your fare because of a technical issue but your driver has paid the same, request you to please collect the parking receipt from your driver and pay him in cash.

Sealdah Station:

The Sealdah station Authority has allotted designated pickup and dropoff points for commercial vehicles picking up or dropping off passengers from inside the premises.

As per the guidelines set by the Sealdah station Authority, any commercial vehicle entering the parking area has to pay a mandatory surcharge of ₹60.

Hence, in order to ensure constant availability of vehicles for you, we charge a convenience fee of ₹60, which gets updated in our fare systems automatically on any ride requested successfully from the Sealdah station. This means that you do not have to pay any additional cash to the driver, apart from the final fare displayed at the end of the trip.

Vidyasagar Setu:

As per the guidelines set by the Vidyasagar Setu Authority, any hatchback or sedan crossing the Vidyasagar Setu bridge has to pay a toll of ₹10. The driver will pay the toll and this would get updated in our fare systems automatically once you cross the bridge. This means that you do not have to pay any additional cash to the driver, apart from the final fare displayed at the end of the trip.
