TERMS AND CONDITIONS :
- Promotion is valid only on rides requested using HDFC debit or credit cards as a mode of payment. To know how to add/ update a payment method on your Uber app, please visit this page.
- Promotion will be valid for rides requested from 00:00 Hrs on Saturday to 23:59 Hrs on Sunday of each week, starting from 5 August 2017 to December 31st, 2017.
- Each ride completed using HDFC Debit/ credit cards as payment method will be discounted for 20% of the total fare upto a maximum of Rs.75 each. (Example: If the total fare amounts to INR 100 the payable amount will be INR 80 with a discount value of INR 20. If the total fare amounts to INR 300 the payable fare will be INR 250 with a discount of INR 50)
- The offer is valid for a maximum of 20 Uber rides requested using HDFC debit/ credit cards as a payment method until 23:59 Hrs on December 31st, 2017.
- The offer will be applicable only on application of the specified promo code. Please check the promotions section to know if the promo code has been applied on your account. To know how to apply a promo code, please visit this page.
- The fare charged at the end of the Uber ride will depend on the applicable rates for the product or service in the city in which the ride has been taken. Please visit, www.uber.com for more information on the estimated fare to your destination.
- This promotion may undergo change without prior notice to registered users at the sole discretion of Uber and HDFC Bank, and any such change shall take effect upon posting of the modified terms and conditions on this page.
- The products and services offered under this promotion are provided solely by Uber, under such terms and conditions as determined by Uber, and HDFC Bank accepts no liability whatsoever in connection with such products and services nor does HDFC Bank make a warranty of any nature.
- The services and conditions provided by Uber to the riders are subject to the Uber terms and conditions signed up to by the rider.
- Uber reserves the right to unilaterally revoke any promotion code or free rides in case the associated Uber account has been previously flagged for any suspicious or fraudulent activity.
- The most recently applied promotion code will get applied to Uber rides. [Example: Sam applied promo code ‘ABC’ worth 20% off on the next ride, and then applied the code ‘XYZ’ worth 15% off on the next ride. Sam then takes an Uber ride worth Rs.50. The discount value that will get applied to the fare will be that of the promo code ‘XYZ’, 15% off]
- Multiple promotions or offers cannot be redeemed on the same Uber ride.

- Maximum reward points earned per statement cycle under this program as below:
  HDFC Bank Diners Rewardz Card – 2,000 reward points
  
  HDFC Bank Diners Premium Card – 5,000 reward points
  
  HDFC Bank Diners Black Card – 25,000 reward points
- Only direct payments made using HDFC Bank Diners Club retail cards will be eligible. Any wallet payments will not be eligible even if wallet is refilled through HDFC Bank Diners Club Credit Card.
