Terms & Conditions

• The Promo Code is only applicable to an Uber app user who has already added Mox Card as a payment method in their wallet of the Uber app to pay for the trips. 
• The Promo Code must have been successfully applied to the user’s Uber wallet before booking the trip. 
• During the Promotion Period, redemption of the codes (the “Promo Code”) in the Uber app will entitle the user to HK$10 off each Uber Taxi trip, for a maximum of one (1) trips. Any excess amount charged for the trips shall be paid by the user. Any remaining balance of the Promo Code amount will be immediately forfeited. 
• The Promo Code is only applicable to the trips booked via the Uber app and paid with Mox Bank card. 
• The Promo Code is subject to availability and quota is limited on a first-come, first-served basis.
• The Promo Codes are valid from 1 February – 30 April, 2026 (“Promotion Period”).
• For additional Terms and Conditions on Meter Taxi promotions, please refer to help centre. 
• Uber does not represent or purport to act on behalf of driver-partners, and the application of the offer does not impact the total earning of driver-partners who decide to accept a trip through the app. You can decide whether to redeem an offer on the app. Actual discount will be reflected and applied upon trip completion on your email receipt.
• The Promo Code shall be valid only when both the start and finish time of the trips are within the Promotion Period.
• The Promo Code shall be valid only for trips within Hong Kong with both the start location and end location of the trip being in Hong Kong.
• The Promo Code is not transferable nor refundable, and cannot be redeemed for cash.
• Only one promo code can be used for each Uber trip. If an Uber App user has entered multiple promo codes into their account and these are all applicable to the trip, the valid promo code with the highest value will be applied first.
• Each user may only have one Uber App account. If Uber has reasonable grounds to suspect that a user is creating fraudulent or duplicate accounts or otherwise violating the Uber General Terms of Use  and/or the  Community Guidelines, Uber may suspend or terminate the user’s account and/or that user’s may lose eligibility for redeeming the Promo Code or other offers.
• If there is any discrepancy of the English and the Chinese version, the English version shall prevail.
• Other relevant terms and conditions may apply when the user uses or redeems the Promo Code.
• Uber has the sole right to modify, cancel or terminate the Promo Code at any time without prior notification to the Uber App user. In case of any disputes regarding the Promo Code, Uber reserves the right of final decision.
• Any and all questions related to the trip, shall be reported via the “Help” section within the Uber App.
