This report provides Uber’s Gender Pay Gap for our three UK entities that meet the threshold for reporting: Uber London Limited, Uber Britannia Limited and Uber Scot Limited. Our reporting includes two cohorts of individuals: 1) Uber Employees; and 2) Drivers on the Uber Platform.
