- 69.8% of riders surveyed said they liked a clean, comfortable car
- 60.4% of riders say they enjoy a great conversation. But don’t be offended if your rider isn’t feeling chatty
- 63.5% of riders like it when drivers help them with their luggage. But remember, you’re free to decline if there is too much luggage for your car
- 33.3% of riders said they like it when the car smells fresssssh
- 32.9% of riders like being asked if they have a preferred route
- 18.5% or riders say they like it when a phone charger is available
- 9.9% of riders said they like it when they can control the music with an aux cord
- 16.2% said they liked it when water or snacks are available
