To drive with Uber, Quebec government regulations require that you pass a mandatory training. This free online training will provide you with everything you need to know to hit the road. Once completed, you’ll get a training certificate to upload to your Uber profile.
What is it?
The training includes 8 modules and will cover everything you need to know to hit the road.
- Introduction to Uber
- Regulations in Quebec Part 1
- Regulation in Quebec Part 2
- How to use the driver app
- Providing a 5 star-service
- Partner tax obligations
- Services for people with mobility impairment
- Vehicle operations and maintenance
At the end of the training, there’s a knowledge test. Once you pass it, you’ll receive a training certificate. Be sure to add the certificate to your profile because it’s required to drive with Uber.
How does it work?
The training is free and online. So you can complete it at your own pace, anytime from your computer, your tablet or smartphone.
Once you visit the Uber Centre and meet the requirements to drive with Uber in Quebec, you’ll receive a link by SMS or email to access the training.
Upon passing the training exam, you’ll receive a training certificate (“Attestation de formation”) to upload to your Uber profile.
