We know how important it is that your food arrives with the customer at the right temperature and well presented. To help with this, we’ve redesigned the delivery bags that Uber Eats delivery people use.
Key features include:
- Greater insulation: 9mm aluminium foil insulation to keep food hot (or cold) for longer.
- Waterproofing: High quality waterproof TPU (thermoplastic polyurethane) shell and all waterproof zippers.
- Compartments: Flexible internal dividers to separate hot and cold items and prevent food crushing. There’s also a velcro drinks holder to attach inside the bag to prevent drink spillage.
- Extendable front pocket: Enables stacking of up to 10 pizza boxes vertically.
- Flexible attachment options: Secure shoulder straps or bike rack attachment straps to hold food steady whether the bag is carried on the courier’s back or mounted to a rack.
These new bags launched in Australia across July and August 2023, so keep an eye out! They’re also free for all our two-wheel delivery partners.
