Dine Out Terms and Conditions

Promotion: Dine Out entitles customers to receive discounts at the merchants specified in the Uber Eats app.
Promotion Period: Each promotion is valid only while the offer is displayed in the Uber Eats app or website and may be cancelled at any time (Promotion Period). During the Promotion Period, the promotion may only be valid during the hours and days specified in the Uber Eats App (Promotion Active Hours).
How to Redeem: During the Promotion Period, customers must
1. Press the “Claim now” button for each promotion;
2. Dine at the relevant restaurant within 7 days of claiming; and
3. Press the “Redeem in-store” button during the Promotion Active Hours (if applicable), while they are located at the relevant restaurant.
Conditions and Restrictions: Each promotion:
1. Cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer, discount, or promotion;
2. Cannot be used for groups of 6 or more people; and
3. May exclude merchandising and special menu items (e.g. banquets). See in-store for details.
Support: If you have any issues availing a promotion, please contact support in-app.
Promoter: The promotion is hosted on the Uber Eats platform but each promotion is created, managed, and fulfilled solely by the individual participating restaurants. Uber Eats is not the provider of the promotional offer and bears no responsibility for its availability, accuracy, or fulfillment. Uber Eats is not responsible for the quality, safety, or content of the food provided by the participating restaurants.
Other Terms: The General Terms of Use continue to apply. Uber and Portier Pacific are not responsible for any technical malfunctions or failures that may prevent participation or the application of the discount.
Governing Law: These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of New South Wales, Australia and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Australia.
