Uber Green is a ride option which connects you with riders wanting to get to their destination in a hybrid or electric vehicle
If your vehicle has a fully electric engine, you will automatically be eligible for Uber Green trips.
What is Uber Green?
- Available exclusively to existing or new driver partners in a battery electric vehicles
- Uber Green is available in Sydney, Melbourne, Brisbane, Gold Coast, Perth, Adelaide and Canberra
- Receive the same fare from riders as UberX
Planning to earn using an electric vehicle?
Simply add an electric vehicle to your account, and you’ll automatically be eligible to receive Uber Green trips. Please note that it may take up to a week for us to verify the engine type of your vehicle.
