Eligibility Criteria

Vehicle Criteria

To be Uber Comfort, vehicles must be on the list of vehicles allowed in the product.

Rating Criteria

All Uber Comfort drivers must maintain a 4.85 rating or above. Driver ratings are based on their most recent 500 rated trips.

Trip Criteria

Have more than 100 trips on the platform with other categories, except Flash Moto.

New partner drivers must have, in addition to the vehicle included in the list:

-Have more than 100 trips on the platform with other categories except Flash Moto.

-Have an average user rating of at least 4.85.
What do I need to do to receive Uber Comfort ride requests?
Nothing. Partner drivers who meet the requirements for the minimum number of trips accepted, vehicles, and minimum rating average will automatically receive Uber Comfort ride requests.
