The minimum spend (excluding fees and promotions) may vary based on factors like when you order and how far you are from the restaurant or shop. Uber One Credits are valid for 60 days from the date they are earned and cannot be used after your Uber One membership expires. Uber One Credits are calculated solely as a percentage of the fare charged for your ride, excluding any Uber One Credits used to pay for that ride, any tips, and any other fees or additional amounts charged (for example, tolls or fare adjustments resulting from changes to the original route). Uber One Credits earned from a ride cannot be used to pay for that same ride.

******Estimated savings calculation: Average savings are calculated based on members who use their benefits on eligible rides or orders at least once per month. Average savings do not include the cost of the subscription. Average savings are not a guarantee of current or future savings. Members subscribed to Uber One at the CHF 14.90 monthly rate recoup the cost of their subscription, on average, by their second delivery order placed within the same subscription period. This is an average estimate and applies exclusively to delivery orders placed with eligible restaurants and merchants. In some cases, the subscription cost may not be recouped by the second order, particularly where the member places pickup orders or orders from restaurants located in close proximity to their delivery address, for which delivery fees and/or service fees are reduced or do not apply. Savings are displayed on the checkout page of each order, and members can track the total savings generated through their subscription in the “Uber One” section of the app. To avoid being charged for the next billing cycle, cancel your subscription in the app at least 24 hours before your billing date.

When traveling abroad, benefits are only available in countries where the benefit also exists. Eligibility for the CHF 0 Delivery Fee benefit is determined by the parameters in the country you are visiting, and will be communicated upon arrival. Uber One credits on eligible rides will be granted in your home currency, and are usable after you return home. However, credits earned in Euros can also be redeemed in any Eurozone country.
