• How do I know if I am eligible for early stage vaccinations?

  Provincial and local governments are responsible for setting eligibility criteria, and you should consult your province’s website for the latest information.

• Do I still need to wear a mask after receiving the vaccine?

  Yes, as of now, all riders, drivers, and delivery people are still required to wear masks while on a trip, even if they have already received a vaccine. This is to help keep each other safe, and it’s recommended by the Government of Canada.

• What do I do if there aren’t any appointments available?

  Unfortunately, vaccine availability varies depending on where you are. Please refer to your local government’s website for updated information.

• How much does the vaccine cost?

  The Government of Canada has stated that the COVID-19 vaccines will be free.

• What do I need to provide to get a vaccine?

  Certain provinces may require proof that you meet additional eligibility criteria. Please refer to your province-specific information below for more details. 

  In general, you may want to bring to your appointment a government-issued ID.

• Do I have to get a vaccine to continue earning with Uber?

  There is no requirement to get a vaccine in order to continue to drive or deliver with Uber.
