Do you remember all 30 new features and improvements from last year? Probably not—and that’s OK! It’s a lot to keep track of. So here we’re narrowing the list to 5 of our favorite features designed to improve your day-to-day:

1. Long trip notifications

Say "no thanks" to longer trips if they don't fit your schedule. When a trip is estimated to be 45 minutes or longer, you'll get a heads-up and have the option to accept it or not.

2. Trip type preferences

Earn the way you want by selecting the types of trips you receive while online. From uberX to Uber Eats, the choice is yours. And if you change your mind, you can update your preferences anytime.

3. Arrival times for destinations

Got someplace to be? Add an arrival time when you set a destination. That way, you can drive easy knowing you won't be late for what's next in your day.

4. Scheduled trip notifications

Scheduled trips are typically more valuable to drivers since they're often longer in distance and less likely to be cancelled by the rider. Because it's helpful for you to know if a trip was scheduled, we'll give you that information in the app before you accept the trip.
