Deactivation Notice and Drivers Union Contact Information
Under Washington state law, you may have the right to appeal your deactivation from the Uber platform.
To learn about your right to challenge your deactivation, contact Drivers Union at support@driversunionwa.org, 206-812-0829, or 14675 Interurban Ave. South Suite 201, Tukwila, WA 98168 or review its materials at https://www.driversunionwa.org/deactivation. Drivers Union may provide representation services at no cost to you.
Additionally, you have the right to use earned, accrued Paid Sick Time during your deactivation.
