Starting March 25th, Kimberly-Clark is offering employees free Uber Shuttle rides between the the Kimberly-Clark office and the Ogilvie and Union transit stations. For more details on the routes, stops, and times, open the Uber Rides app and choose Shuttle.

- The shuttle operates Monday-Thursday between Kimberly-Clark’s office and the Ogilvie and Union transit stations from 7:00am – 10:00am & 2:30pm – 6:30pm.
- Trips and seats can be reserved in-app. Download the Uber Rides app.

Frequently asked questions:
- How can I make a reservation and confirm I have a seat?
To reserve and confirm a seat, open the Uber Rides app, tap on “Shuttle” and enter your desired pickup and drop-off locations. Pick the route you’d like to ride on and finally, select the time at which you’d like to board. Once you select the correct payment profile, you’ll be able to confirm your reservation and will have a seat reserved.

- Do I need to book a shuttle trip through the app or can I just show up?
Down Small Trips are booked through the app up to 7 days in advance. If a seat is available on short notice, you can confirm a reservation up to 5 minutes before the scheduled departure time.
- I forgot to book and I still need to get to work, what can I do?
Down Small You can check to see if there are seats available in-app but if the shuttle is full, you will need to make other arrangements. Remember, you can reserve a seat up to 7 days in advance.
- How can I find a list of all routes, stops, and scheduled times?
Down Small You can view all available routes, stops, and scheduled times in the Shuttle section of the Uber Rides app. To see all shuttle options, open the Uber Rides app, tap on “Kimberly-Clark Shuttle” and enter your desired pickup and drop-off locations.
- How can I track my shuttle?
Down Small You can track your shuttle on the home screen of the Uber Rider app starting 25 minutes before your scheduled pick-up time.
- Is the Employee Shuttle free of charge?
Down Small The Shuttle is free to ride between designated locations and your workplace. When booking your Shuttle trip, please remember to switch from your personal profile to the Kimberly-Clark Program profile.
- Do I receive any confirmation or ticket allowing me to board the shuttle?
Down Small Once you have made a reservation in-app, you’ll receive a confirmation ticket including the QR code you’ll scan as you board the shuttle.
- How can I edit an existing booking?
Down Small In order to make changes to your reservation (i.e. dropoff location, boarding time), you’ll first need to cancel your existing reservation. To do so, tap “Activity” in the Uber Rides app, select the trip you want to cancel, and cancel the reservation. Now you can confirm a new, updated shuttle trip.
- Can I bring an animal/pet on the shuttle?
Down Small Animals are strictly prohibited on the shuttles unless they are service animals.
- Can I eat or drink on the shuttle?
Down Small Eating or drinking is not allowed on the shuttle.
