What is Uber Eats?
Uber Eats is an app that makes it easy for people to get the food they love, delivered.
By signing up to be a delivery-partner, you get the opportunity to make money on your schedule by delivering great food to people throughout your city.
Am I eligible?
As an existing driver-partner, you’re eligible for Uber Eats deliveries.
How does it work?
Delivery requests are received through the Uber Driver app (on your iOS or Android device), so you don’t need to download additional apps.
You can turn the Uber Eats option on and off at any time – just toggle the switch next to ‘Deliveries’ in the screenshot below.
The app will let you know when a food delivery request comes through and if you accept the request it will give you the details of which restaurant to pick the order up from, and where to deliver it to.

How do delivery fees work?
It’s simple – a pick-up fee will be paid every time you collect food from a restaurant. For every kilometre you travel between pick-up and drop-off, another amount will be applied. Finally, you’ll receive a drop-off fee for every delivery you complete.
Payments are deposited into your nominated bank account every week. Your Uber Service Fee will be deducted from your delivery fees.
You might also be eligible for incentives which will be shown in app if they are available.
