If you’ve ever clicked through dozens of pages of trips in your activity tab, or you just want to see all the trips taken to a specific location, see how our new search bar can help save you time and effort.
Based on feedback from customers, we’ve updated our dashboard to allow you to search through your organization’s activity history. You’ll be able to use the search bar to filter trips by employee name or email address, location name, and/or program name.
Due to security requirements, trips requested more than 13 months ago won’t be shown in the search results, as seen in this notification:
Get more done with the new search functionality: review trips at a more granular level, flag certain activities, and improve analytics efficiency without leaving the dashboard.
For more advanced reviewing features, we recommend exporting your data to a CSV and taking advantage of the information included in our updated formatting. Read more about these changes on our blog.
Summing up
The new formatting changes are automatic and don’t require any action on your part. Explore the search feature today by going to your dashboard and clicking on the Activities tab.
