If you feel unsafe while on a trip, you can immediately and discreetly report it to Uber. A member of our Safety Team will reach out within 24 hours to follow up on your report.

An optional feature to recieve 4-digit PIN to provide to your driver verbally to help ensure your entering the correct vehicle. The driver can only start the ride in the app with the correct pin.

Driver Hour Limits
To help make roads safer for everyone, Uber automatically locks drivers out of the app when they reach the consecutive driving hours limit. They must then take a substantial break before they can drive again.

The Speed Limit Alerts feature flashes visual reminders to help drivers stay at a safe speed.
