‘Sign-up date’ refers to the date you complete the sign-up form to deliver with Uber Eats. If you’re eligible for this offer, you’ll receive an email confirmation after you sign up. This offer isn’t available to people who have previously completed a signup form to be a driver partner with Uber or a delivery person with Uber Eats, and may not be valid in conjunction with certain other offers or promotions.
The 60-day eligibility period includes the time it takes for you to complete onboarding and become activated to deliver with Uber Eats. The onboarding period may vary depending on your individual circumstances, which are outside Uber Eats’ control.
An eligible delivery for the purposes of this offer (1) is a completed delivery in the Eligible City you’re signed up to deliver in, made by you, and (2) doesn’t include cancelled deliveries. Uber Eats reserves the right to withhold or deduct payments that Uber Eats reasonably determines were in error, fraudulent, illegal or in breach of your delivery person agreement or these terms.
