Your Drivers Licence is not current

At Uber we pride ourselves on being 100% document compliant.

Unfortunately when we completed a validity check on your Drivers Licence, the results showed your licence was not current.

Until we can ensure you have a valid drivers licence, we have waitlisted your account. To get back on the road, you will need to complete a Drivers Licence Validity check at your local Department of transport, which can be done on the spot.

If your licence comes back as current, please send a copy of the result to us via partners.brisbane@uber.com and we will have it uploaded to your account. However, if the results of this check are negative, we will not be able to activate your account until the issue with your licence has been resolved.
