Driver Drop-in Hours

As usual, we will be at the Toowong Bowls Club located at 59 Gailey Road, Taringa. The access driveway is on Heroes Avenue. Drop-in hours:

Wednesdays: 4pm – 7.30pm

Saturdays: 10am – 1.30pm

Please remember that we are only here during these hours.

Bring Your Own Device

Use your own iphone or Android to drive on Uber!

It is very simple and you will no longer need to carry around an extra phone! As a new driver you won’t even need to come in to an activation session!

If you have downloaded the Driver App onto your own device please bring in your Uber phone so we may issue it to a new driver.

It is recommended to have at least 2GB of data on your mobile plan.

Please note Uber will not reimburse partner drivers for over their data limits. Most partner drivers usually only use around 500MB, but this will depend entirely on your circumstance.

Vehicle Registration Requirements Have Changed

The car you drive on Uber no longer needs to be registered in your own name. All we require is that you are listed as an insured driver on the insurance policy.

Unfortunately, we are unable to accept novated leases.
