Money Left on the Table

Over the week there are literally thousands of riders wanting to give you their money, but on many occasions they can’t get an Uber!

In addition to the normal peak periods, some of the secret times to jump on are:

  • Wednesday – Friday: 6am-9am
  • Friday: 3pm-9pm
  • Saturday: 6pm-12pm
  • Sunday: 9am-1pm

Updates to Office Hours

This Friday 15 May the Hendra Partner Support Office will be closed
due to staff training. All other hours are as per normal.

Reminder: Our Info Sessions at Sunnybank, Greenslopes, Logan and Ipswich are for new drivers only.

Why Riders don’t give 5 Stars

25% of low ratings can be attributed to not taking the rider’s preferred route

Before starting the trip always ask the rider if they have a preferred route
– it’s that easy!
