Introducing Uber for Business Premium

The future of business travel has arrived, and it’s only getting better. Since launching Uber for Business in late 2014, thousands of businesses including companies such as Optus and Westpac are now using Uber for work trips in Australia.

In that time, we’ve listened to what would make their experience even better and today we’re excited to bring the most requested Uber for Business features to Australia! From today, for a 5% service fee, businesses from the smallest to the largest can now access:

  • Monthly Billing via credit card
  • Account Automation and
  • Expense Codes

Monthly Billing via Credit Card

This new premium feature allows you to pay for all your employee trips in one monthly transaction, rather than on a per-trip basis. Receive an automatic monthly statement on the 1st of each month for all employee rides on Uber and pay with one transaction to your credit card.

Expense Codes

Expense Codes give businesses the ability to ensure that all rides are properly coded as part of the employee ride request flow.

  • For businesses with multiple cost centres or client matter numbers, this eliminates the need to cross-reference rides and business reasons after the fact.
  • Expense Codes also make it easy to group uniform code or client matter numbers for simplified reporting and billing.
