Quality Tip of the Week
It’s important to know when you should and shouldn’t call your Rider. Here are some handy hints that will make pick ups easier and keep your rating as high as possible:
- If you can’t pick your rider up from where they have requested, call them to arrange an alternate pick up location
- If you can’t find your Rider and you’ve been at the pick up location for 2 minutes, give them a call
- If you’re running late or stuck in traffic, give your rider a call
- Don’t call to confirm their destination
- Don’t call your rider after the trip
