New Guaranteed Average Gross Fares

We’ve reviewed the best earning hours of the week and are introducing…
5pm – 7pm: WEEKDAY EVENING PEAK HOUR GUARANTEE!
Across the blue and red areas above, you are guaranteed the nominated average gross fare amount per hour across the week
To qualify, simply:
- Accept 90% of all requests
- Complete at least 1 trip each hour. This is easy to achieve if you stay close to the city
Example:
– Adam drives Monday and Tuesday morning from 6am to 8am during the $30 per hour average guarantee
– On Monday he makes $70 in fares. On Tuesday he makes $30 in fares
– He earned a total of $100 in fares across the four hours. That is less than the $120 he was guaranteed (4 x $30)
– Adam is topped up $20 in gross fares (of which he keeps 80%) to meet the guarantee

Vehicle Inspections
All vehicles on the Uber Platform must be inspected by our contractor Auto Inspect. It’s quick, easy and is free for you. Most inspections are completed in less than 15 minutes.
If you haven’t had your vehicle inspected yet, you have two options:
Call into the inspections centre
25 Lethem St, Hendra
Monday – Wednesday 1-6pm
Saturday 9-12noon
Book an inspection with the mobile inspection team
Make a booking by emailing qld@autoinspect.com.au Their inspectors can come to you at a time and place that is convenient for you
