Uber Brisbane has grown!
Uber Brisbane has added a new Driver Support manager – Chad Hardy!
Chad is a Canadian who has called Brisbane home for the last few years – he is very excited to be meeting the drivers in Brisbane and beyond. Chad will be assisting in tending to driver queries and helping the platform expand in Queensland.
You will get a chance to meet him at a driver social very soon!
Driver Calls
It was great to speak with so many active drivers on the phone in the last two weeks. This was part of our dedication to supporting drivers 100% and reassuring them that Uber is here for the long term.
Overwhelmingly, drivers were loving driving on the platform, particularly with the flexibility it offers and the great riders.

Weekly Driver Summary
You should have received a copy of your weekly driver summary via email on Monday. This is something new that we have put together for drivers.
This is a great tool that gives you some of your recent feedback from riders and shows you which were the best times of the week to work. You can use this information to help maximise your earnings.

It is brilliant to see that drivers on Uber take quality very seriously and have pride in their driving and their vehicle.
Quality Tip:
When making a pickup, be sure to stop on the correct side of the road.
Riders love it when the drivers have the forethought of being in the correct lane in order to make a pickup a breeze! It shows you are confident on the road and are a 5 star driver. Keep this in mind next time you are making a pickup!
