Hungry Jack’s has announced a multi-year partnership with Uber Eats, naming Uber Eats as its exclusive delivery partner in Australia as the brand looks to accelerate delivery growth, reach more customers nationwide and deliver even greater convenience and value.

The partnership builds on a strong existing relationship between Hungry Jack’s and Uber Eats, which has helped significantly grow Hungry Jack’s delivery business over recent years through expanded national reach, reliable delivery technology and strong customer demand.

As part of the partnership, Uber will power Hungry Jack’s owned delivery channel, supporting a shared focus on customer experience, operational excellence and long-term growth.

Today, Hungry Jack’s is one of Australia’s largest restaurant brands on Uber Eats, with broad national availability helping millions of Australians access the brand through delivery.

“Delivery has become an increasingly important part of how our customers engage with Hungry Jack’s,” said Chris Green, CEO of Hungry Jack’s.

“Expanding our partnership with Uber Eats allows us to reach customers with the convenience, value and quality they expect from our strong Australian brand.

“This agreement supports our long-term focus on making Hungry Jack’s more accessible to customers wherever and whenever they choose to order.”

Ed Kitchen, Managing Director of Uber Eats Australia & New Zealand, said: “Hungry Jack’s is an iconic Australian brand, and this partnership is all about making it even easier for customers across the country to get their favourites delivered fast and reliably. We’ve built a strong partnership over a number of years, and we’re excited to keep supporting Hungry Jack’s as they continue to grow their delivery business and reach even more customers through Uber Eats.”

The agreement reinforces Uber Eats’ commitment to helping Australian restaurant partners grow through technology, delivery infrastructure and access to a large and engaged customer base.

Since partnering together, Hungry Jack’s and Uber Eats have worked closely to expand delivery access across Australia, supporting growing consumer demand for convenient, reliable and affordable meal delivery options. With Uber Eats now reaching more than 90% of the Australian population across over 120 cities and towns nationwide, the partnership will help Hungry Jack’s continue reaching more customers wherever they are, supporting delivery access across its network of more than 450 restaurants around the country.
