Decathlon has launched on Uber Eats, becoming the platform’s first sports retail partner in the country and giving Australians access to more than 20,000 high-quality and affordable sports, fitness and outdoor products at in-store prices, delivered in under 60 minutes.

Now available on Uber Eats from all six Decathlon stores in Sydney and Melbourne, customers can order a curated selection of Decathlon products directly through the app at the same prices they’d pay in-store, with delivery in under 60 minutes to their chosen location, whether they’re at home, at work, heading to training or gearing up for the weekend.

From forgotten yoga mats before class, to last-minute swim gear, running accessories, camping equipment, or water bottles, the range spans more than 20,000 products designed to support Australia’s active lifestyles with speed and convenience.

The launch is already showing strong early momentum, with customers embracing the ability to access Decathlon products on demand.

Decathlon CEO, Danny Sekulich says “We’re excited to partner with Uber Eats to give Australians another simple and convenient way to access Decathlon’s sports, fitness and outdoor range, delivered directly to their door.

Our stores remain an important part of the Decathlon experience, giving customers the chance to explore products, try them out and get advice from our teammates. But we also know that convenience matters, and there are moments when customers need gear quickly.

We’re already seeing interesting trends in how customers are using the service, from late-night tent orders delivered ahead of a weekend camping trip, to last minute sneaker purchases. It shows the role on-demand delivery can play in helping people stay active and get what they need, when they need it.”

Regional General Manager of Retail, Uber Eats APAC, Lucas Groeneveld, says: “When you need a yoga mat before class or realise you've forgotten camping gear on a Friday afternoon, waiting days isn't an option. That's exactly where Uber Eats is different. We're making it possible for Australians to shop Decathlon's quality range at in-store prices and have it delivered in under 60 minutes, giving customers another fast, convenient way to get what they need, when they need it."
