Document FAQs

How do I upload documents?

Simply upload them at partners.uber.com – if you are having troubles, you can email them to partners.brisbane@uber.com

Can I use a renewal for my registration or insurance document?

No – we require current registration and insurance certificates.

I don’t have a registration certificate. What should I do?

If you don’t have a certificate of registration, you may be able to login here to obtain one.

On the first page, after you login, you should see your name up the top and receipts of registrations that you have recently paid. Take a screenshot of this page and email it through – ensure it shows name, rego & expiry. If that doesn’t work, they can be obtain free of charge at a Queensland Transport office.

My driver’s licence has a renewal sticker on the back. Is that ok?

That’s fine, simply email through both sides of the licence.
