How to complete your yearly Drivers Authorisation check-up

Each year, driver-partners are asked to complete a Drivers Authorisation Validity check to ensure they are compliant.

To make sure you can stay on the road for another 12 months, you will need to complete a Drivers Authorisation Validity.

To complete your validity check, simply fill print and fill in this form and take it to your local Department of Transport. They will be able to print off your DA validity check on the spot!

When filling in the form, remember:

  • Tick the ‘Current Industry Authority Details’ box in question 4d
  • Tick the ‘Yes’ box on question 4g, and enter the current date

Once you have received your validity check, simply upload it to via your Partner app under Annual DA Validity for quick approval.
