Bridge to Brisbane

Tens of thousands of keen runners will take part in the Bridge to Brisbane this Sunday. Celebrations will roll into the afternoon – expect a HUGE day!

Forgot to Begin a Trip?

Starting today, if you drive ~1200 meters from the point where a rider requested without having started the trip, you will be prompted to ‘rewind’ the trip and set an accurate ‘begin trip’ location and time. This means you can correct the mistake before the rider is charged for the trip.

When you attempt to press “Begin Trip” late, you will now see a message asking you if you began the trip late. If you select “Yes,” we rewind the trip. If you select “No,” the trip starts at the current location and time.

Brisbane Airport Waiting Area

We’ve made some changes to where you can receive airport trip requests. We want to do the right thing by the airport and avoid unnecessary congestion. We also want you to be able to wait in a comfortable area for trips.

The Purple area above shows the waiting area for the Brisbane Airport
The Red Area is not part of the waiting area. You will not receive a request while in this area
(This area is similar, but slightly different to the area you will see in the Partner app).
Good places to wait within the Brisbane Airport area:
  • Shell Coles Express Petrol Station
  • McDonalds
  • Sparkles Car wash
