First-In First-Out Airport Queues
- You are considered in the queue once you enter the dark grey zone (Android) or purple zone (iPhone) on your map
- If the rider cancels the trip, you will not lose your place in the queue
- If you cancel a trip, or fail to accept a request you will lose your place in the queue
- When you leave the airport zone your place in the queue will be lost
- Going offline/online will put you at the bottom of the queue
- As long as you are in the airport zone, your distance to the terminal does not matter. For example, you can park at McDonalds, grab something to eat, take a toilet break, fill up with gas etc. until you get a request.
- False requests will have your access to this zone removed
Choose Your Own Navigation App
Starting in the coming days, you’ll have the option to choose Google Maps or Waze for navigating Uber trips.
You can change your navigation preference at any time within the SETTINGS screen.
