GOLD COAST – Weekend Update
Uber’s third weekend on the Gold Coast is here!
We are signing up hundreds of riders each week. We have also hired a new Marketing Manager, Tenielle!, who will be helping build Uber Gold Coast. we will be bringing on more high profile, driver demanding Gold Coast events. Next weekend is going to be extra busy with major festivals coming up.
Expect Uber to continue to get busier. This will be the Summer of Uber on the Gold Coast and we’ve put together a number of great incentives for you:
$10 per trip incentive
Until further notice you will receive $10 for every completed trip within the Gold Coast service area (does not include Brisbane).
Minimum $30 per hour earnings across certain hours of the week
The best hours to work on Uber are mornings, evenings and weekends. Until further notice, Uber will guarantee you $30 per hour in your pocket across the peak hours worked below. Work 20 peak hours and you are guaranteed to earn at least $600!
**For example: Monday to Thursday hours are 6AM – 10AM & 5PM – 12AM
To qualify, simply:
– accept 90% of ride requests (you only receive trips nearby)
– within the above noted times
– be online within the Gold Coast metro area (see map)

Take a two-minute break from whatever you’re doing now & think of 5 people you know who could benefit from the extra income and flexibility of using Uber.
Take a minute and just enter their details into the Driver Referral section of the app. Besides giving them a great opportunity, you also get $100 when they complete their first ten trips. You know Uber and you know this is for real.
Just remember you must be an active driver to benefit from the driver referrals, all the more reason to get activated sooner!
If you can’t see this button, force-close the driver application by following these steps:
– double-tap the “home” button at the base of the phone
– select the Uber driver application, slide to the top of the phone to remove the app
– re-start the app and the button will now appear
