Forgot to Begin a Trip?

Starting today, if you drive ~1200 meters from the point where a rider requested without having started the trip, you will be prompted to ‘rewind’ the trip and set an accurate ‘begin trip’ location and time. This means you can correct the mistake before the rider is charged for the trip.

When you attempt to press “Begin Trip” late, you will now see a message asking you if you began the trip late. If you select “Yes,” we rewind the trip. If you select “No,” the trip starts at the current location and time.
