Getting started is easy
Step 1: Sign up
Request a Plus Card by tapping here (make sure you have the latest version of Uber’s Driver app downloaded).
Step 2: Activate your Plus Card
Activate it by following the step-by-step instructions. Then, add the Plus Card to your phone’s Wallet app.
Step 3: Complete an order
Accept requests for Pack & Deliver orders as you please, and take more control over your earnings. You can easily pay with your Plus Card, or if you choose, you can use your own payment methods and get reimbursed afterwards.

Frequently asked questions
- How do I start packing & delivering?
To get started, you first need to activate your Plus Card using the steps mentioned above. Once it’s activated, you’ll start receiving Pack & Deliver orders in your Driver app.
- How does Pack & Deliver work?
Once you accept a Pack & Deliver order through the Driver app, the order details will show you a specified store to select and pack the items requested by customers. Then, you’ll pay with your pre-authorised Plus Card and deliver the items to customers. You can also use your own payment method at checkout and get reimbursed.
- How are packers paid?
Your earnings will show up in your Earnings Statement for Pack & Deliver. You can access your Earnings Statement by going to the Earnings section of your in-app menu.
- Can I choose to receive Pack & Deliver order requests exclusively?
No, not at this time. You will receive Pack & Deliver orders the same way you receive non-Pack & Deliver delivery orders. To differentiate, a Pack & Deliver order will be labelled as “Pack & Deliver” on your screen.
- What type of stores will I go to with Pack & Deliver orders?
Pack & Deliver orders are currently only dispatched from grocery stores.
