How to request a Courier trip?
Note:
- The redesigned “Courier” currently serves the Hsinchu-Miaoli and Central Taiwan (Taichung, Changhua, Nantou) areas, with package deliveries completed by Portier Taiwan’s independent contractor delivery partners using standard two-wheeled scooters. - Promo codes are available in limited quantities and are only valid until fully redeemed.
- The exclusive promo code is only available to Uber App users who receive this email. If it is not automatically applied, users can manually enter “2WCOURIER” (Open Uber App > Click Account > Wallet > Add Promo). The promo code must be successfully added to the user’s Uber App account for the discount to be applied.
- The promo code is valid from now until December 25, 2024, 11:59 PM. Both the sending and receiving timeframe must fall within the promotion period, and the sending and receiving locations must be within Uber Courier's service areas for the discount to apply.
- Users applying the “2WCOURIER” promo code can enjoy a free trial for one trip. Any excess amount charged for the trip (if any) shall be paid by the Uber App user. Unused discount amounts cannot be carried over.
- Two $50 discount offers will be sent to the user's Uber App after completing their first "Courier" service during the specified period and in the designated areas. The two $50 discounts are valid from now until January 01, 2025, 11:59 PM.
- This promotion is only applicable to trips with Courier (designated areas). It does not apply to other services, such as UberX, Uber Black, Uber XL, Uber Assist, Uber Carseat, Uber Pet, Uber Green, UberX Airport, Uber Taxi, or Taoyuan Airport pick-up trips.
- Uber One credits earning benefit excludes Uber Courier trips and Uber One credits do not apply to Uber Courier trips.
- For any questions, please use the in-app support under the “help” section to report the issue.
- Only one promo code can be used for each Uber trip. If you have entered multiple promo codes into the Uber App and these are all applicable for the trip, the valid promo code with the highest value will be applied first.
