You can request rides anytime on New Year’s Eve. Due to large crowds, we recommend requesting rides on demand instead of using Reserve.
If you’ve scheduled a ride, please contact your driver and avoid traffic-controlled areas.
Confirm your ride
To ensure you get into the right car, please follow these steps:
- Match the license plate and vehicle details displayed in-app
- Confirm the driver profile photo
Set multiple stops or request multiple trips at once
Add up to 5 stops per trip, or request multiple rides at the same time for friends all with one account.

Share your trip
With the updated Share My Trip feature, friends and family can easily view your real-time location, track your route, and see trip details. You can also tap the blue shield icon in the App to share your trip with multiple contacts at once.
