• Promo codes are available in limited quantities and are only valid until fully redeemed.
• This promotion and related information are provided by partner fleets using the Uber system.
• All trips must be booked via the Uber App and dispatched by the fleet partners using Uber App.  
• Users will need to manually enter the daily limited promotion code (Open Uber App > Click Account > Wallet > Add Promo). The promo code must be successfully added to the user’s account before it can be applied. This code is non-transferrable.
• The promotion includes 34% off one (1) trip, for a maximum of NT$50 off per trip. Any excess amount charged for the trip (if any) shall be paid by the Uber App user. Unused discount amounts cannot be carried over.
• The promotion shall be valid for a period of twenty-four (24) hours from the time the applicable same-day ride promotion code is announced by Uber on its social media channels. Both the ride request time and the drop-off time must occur within the promotional validity period in order for the discount to apply. Any unused promotion after the expiry of the validity period shall automatically become void.
• To be eligible for the discount, both the pickup or drop-off location must be within Uber system’s operating areas.
• This promotion is applicable to UberX, Uber Comfort, Uber Black, UberXL, UberXXL, Uber Assist, Uber Car Seat, Uber Pet, Uber Green, Uber Comfort Electric, and Uber Taxi. Not applicable towards Uber Courier, Uber Eats, Uber for Business trips, and Taoyuan Airport pick-up trips.
• This offer can be used in conjunction with the Uber One membership program but cannot be combined with other promotions. Uber and the partner fleets jointly providing this offer reserve the right to modify the promotion at any time.
• Only one promo code can be used for each Uber trip. If you have entered multiple promo codes into the Uber App and these are all applicable for the trip,  the valid promo code with the highest value will be applied first.
• By using this offer, you agree and represent that you will not use this promotion in any manner that violates applicable laws, regulations, or other improper means. Uber App and participating partner fleets reserve the right to modify or terminate this offer if misuse is identified.
• If there are reasonable grounds to suspect that a user is creating fraudulent accounts or violating the Passenger Transportation Agreement, Taiwan Rides Terms & Conditions and/or the Uber Community Guidelines, the user may not be eligible to redeem any promotion offer.
