【Terms and Conditions】
The Promo is only valid for Uber One members who have received this promotional email sent by the Uber App

This promotion and related information are provided by partner fleets using the Uber system.

All trips must be booked via the Uber App and dispatched by the fleet partners using Uber App.

Uber One members will receive 8% Uber One credits on each UberX, Uber Green, Uber Car Seat, and Uber Pet trip; and 15% Uber One credits on each UberXL, UberXXL, Uber Comfort, Uber Comfort EV, and Uber Black trip completed during the promotion period.

This promotion is not applicable to Uber Assist and Uber Taxi. Not applicable towards Uber Courier, Uber Eats, Uber for Business trips, and Taoyuan Airport pick-up trips.

The promotion shall be valid when both the start and finish time of the trip are within the Promotion Period (before 12 Feb 2026) and when both the pick-up and drop-off location is within Taiwan’s service areas.

The Uber App and fleet partners have the right to modify the promotion at any time.

If there are reasonable grounds to suspect that a user is creating fraudulent accounts or violating the Passenger Transportation Agreement, Taiwan Rides Terms & Conditions and/or the Uber Community Guidelines, the user may not be eligible to redeem any promotion offer and Uber One credit cashbacks.

【Uber One Credits Terms and Conditions】
Uber One credits are not gift cards, electronic payment methods, or similar products or services, and they cannot be transferred to other users or redeemed for cash or other payment methods. Uber One credits are subject to the Uber Cash Terms and Conditions.

Uber One credits can be used on your Uber Eats App or Uber App, but does not apply to Courier and TPE airport pickup (rental car) trips. $1 Uber One credit can be used for NT$1 in spending.

Uber One credits will be added to your account within a certain period after the completion of the trip and will expire 60 days thereafter.

Uber One credits will only be credited to your account while you maintain an active membership.

Uber One is subject to Uber One Terms and Conditions.

Uber One credits will automatically be deducted from the trip fare before the application of any promotions.
