【New User Promo Terms and Conditions】
Promo codes are available in limited quantities and are only valid until fully redeemed.

Definition of new user: Limited to users who have never previously taken a trip or made a booking through the Uber App.

The promotion and related information are provided in collaboration with partner fleets that use the Uber system.

All trips must be booked via the Uber App and dispatched by the fleet partners using the Uber App.

The exclusive promo code is only available to Uber App users who receive this email. Users will need to manually enter “UBERYT26” (Open Uber App > Click Account > Wallet > Add Promo). The promo code must be successfully added to the user’s Uber App account for the discount to be applied. This promo code is non-transferrable.

The NT$200 off one ride promotion is valid until 2026/04/30 23:59. Both the pickup and drop-off must occur within the promotional period and within Uber’s operational areas for the discount to apply. The ride promotion is valid for up to NT$200 off one single trip fare. Any excess amount charged for the trip (if any) shall be paid by the Uber App user. Unused discount amounts cannot be carried over.

This promotion is applicable to UberX, Uber Comfort, Uber Comfort Electric, Uber Black, Uber Assist, Uber Car Seat, Uber Pet, Uber Green, UberXL, UberXXL, and Uber Taxi. Not applicable towards Uber Courier, Uber Eats, Uber for Business trips, and Taoyuan Airport pick-ups.

This offer can be used in conjunction with the Uber One membership program but cannot be combined with other promotions. Uber and the partner fleets jointly providing this offer reserve the right to modify the promotion at any time.

Only one promo code can be used for each Uber trip. If you have entered multiple promo codes into the Uber App and these are all applicable for the trip, the valid promo code with the highest value will be applied first.

By using this offer, you agree and represent that you will not use this promotion in any manner that violates applicable laws, regulations, or other improper means. Uber App and participating partner fleets reserve the right to modify or terminate this offer if misuse is identified.

If there are reasonable grounds to suspect that a user is creating fraudulent accounts or violating the Passenger Transportation Agreement, Taiwan Rides Terms & Conditions and/or the Uber Community Guidelines, the user may not be eligible to redeem any promotion offer.

Users will need to manually enter “GOKH20” (Open Uber App > Click Account > Wallet > Add Promo). The promo code must be successfully added to the user’s account before it can be applied. This code is non-transferrable.

The promotion includes 20% off four (4) trips, for a maximum of NT$30 off per trip. Any excess amount charged for the trip (if any) shall be paid by the Uber App user. Unused discount amounts cannot be carried over.

The promotion is valid when both the start and finish time of the trip are within the Promotion Period (valid through 2026/04/30 11:59 PM)

To be eligible for the discount, either the pickup or drop-off location must be within Uber system’s operating areas and either the pickup or drop-off location must be within Uber system’s operating area in Kaohsiung.

This promotion is applicable to UberX, Uber Comfort, Uber Black, UberXL, UberXXL, Uber Assist, Uber Car Seat, Uber Pet, Uber Green, Uber Comfort Electric, and Uber Taxi. Not applicable towards Uber Courier, Uber Eats, Uber for Business trips, and Taoyuan Airport pick-up trips.
